Rachel M. Bittner is currently enrolled in New York University’s doctoral program in Music Technology with an emphasis in digital signal processing and music information retrieval. She received her M.S. in Mathematics from New York University’s Courant Institute in 2013, and has a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.M. in Music Performance from UC Irvine. She has worked as a research associate in the Advanced Controls and Displays Laboratory at NASA Ames Research Center since 2011. She is a member of the American Mathematical Society, and has been a member of the AES since 2012.
