Abstract:
Philips Research is one of the world largest corporate research organizations and has a rich history of producing successful innovations in the areas of healthcare, lifestyle, and technology. The program of this tour is centered on new developments in sound technology. After a short overview of Philips Research in general, several demonstrations will be given within the area of spatial audio reproduction, enhanced audio reproduction, music information retrieval technology, and spatial audio coding.


Technical Tours are made available on a first come, first served basis. Tickets can be purchased during normal registration hours at the convention center.
