Sound Transmission and Impact Insulation: A PPC Program
It is common practice to derive a single-number rating of the airborne and impact sound insulation in buildings from a specified number of measurement results. The proposed personal calculator program computes such ratings according to the international ISO, the American ASTM and the German DIN standards. Facilities are provided for comparing results from different standards.
