Subminiature Electret Microphone in a Tie Tac

Document Thumbnail

A microphone intended for professional applications employing the electret concept has been designed into a package resembling a conventional tie tac. In use the pin-like coaxial probe pierces the user's clothing to interface with a small electronics assembly. This approach permits the transducer to be placed in a good location without the microphone and it's cable being visually obvious.
