This is Amazon territory, and many of their buildings offer parking, which is free after 4pm. You take a ticket when you get there, but it isn't charged when you exit. The following Amazon garages are nearby:
  • Obidos/Rufus, 550 Terry Ave N.
  • Fiona, 500 Boren Ave N.
  • Ruby/Dawson, 345 Boren Ave N.
  • Invictus, 410 Terry Ave N.
All offer free parking after 4pm weekdays. There is no free evening parking in the Stantec building. (N.B. Note that they are a tenant in the building so don't look for their name emblazoned on the building's exterior.) In 2019 parking was $5 flat-rate after 4pm.

Take I5 northbound or southbound towards downtown Seattle.
Take the Mercer Street offramp, Exit 167.
At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Fairview Avenue.
After one block, turn left onto Republican Street. The parking lot entrance is on the right via the alley.
