Carlo Tripodi received the Master Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Parma, Italy in 2012, discussing a thesis with title “Information rate analysis of phase-noise limited communications“, under the supervision of Prof. Riccardo Raheli.
In 2013 he joined the Multimedia Laboratory (MultimediaLab) group as a PhD Student in Information Technologies.
In 2013-2017, he was a teaching assistant for both bachelor degree and master degree courses about digital and wireless communications and probability theory at the Department of Information Engineering, University of Parma.
In 2016 he received the title of PhD in Information Technologies from the University of Parma, Italy, discussing a thesis with title “Adaptive signal processing for power line communications“, under the supervision of Prof. Riccardo Raheli and Prof. Gianluigi Ferrari.
His primary research fields are digital signal processing, digital communications and information theory, with particular interest for innovative active noise control systems.
