Covered travel itinerary for the 125 AES Convention
Spoke with members about the pre election proceedings set to take place within the month. The new officers will have the opportunity to shadow current elected officers and learn their duties. This is so the transition will be as smooth as possible. The nominated officers for the next term will not begin their duties until 2009.
Designing AES T-Shirts for those interested for fundraising purposes.
Spoke about creating a notebook with special inserts that provide recording students with vital audio technical information that can be used when recording. These notebooks will also serve as a source of funds for the AES Memphis Section.
Informed the members of the Music Industry Mixer which is taking place in the CFA Lobby. This is going to be an information gathering for all Music Industry Student Organizations to share their knowledge about their organizations.
