On September 20th, 2011, the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Santa Fe Student Section visited Estudio 19, a professional recording studio located in the southern area of Mexico City.
Estudio 19 was founded by Francisco Miranda, and it has been working as it does today since 1994.
This studio has a great equipment collection, microphones, recorders, processors, and other things like an Amega Angela Mixer that were introduced to all the visitors. All these digital and analog systems provide the studio with very particular ways to create a special sound. Mintel Alonso and Fernando Roldan explained how everything worked in the studio, acoustics, sound's behavior, recordings, mixing, and mastering.
