The purpose of this series is to learn about the construction, materials, technologies, and applications that go into making different instruments in order to better understand how to make them sound the desired way before the recording starts.
The purpose of this event was to bring in a seasoned professional to explain the construction of drums, cymbals, and drum heads for the purpose of better understanding what these different characteristics can mean for the sound of the source.
