Rock legend Todd Rundgren has been named to prestigious Wells Professorship at Indiana University. Towards the end of October he will teach a four week honors course, give a public lecture, and play a recital in a Jacobs School of Music concert hall. Additionally he will speak at a Recording Arts class and give an additional presentation. In this meeting we discussed options for this presentation.
Also in this meeting we discussed fund raising ideas for our AES chapter in the hopes of attracting other valuable figures in the recording industry to Indiana University. One viable option we are considering is a concert featuring acts from Bloomington's lively music scene.
