The topic was 360 Reality Audio, a new immersive music experience using Sony's 360 Spatial Sound technology, which was introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show in January 2019 and began full-scale deployment in Japan in April 2021.

Mr. Hiroshi Yamauchi of Sony V&S Business Group explained the standards and production tools of 360 Spatial Sound. Numerous songs can be enjoyed on a variety of streaming services. There are also services that allow independent artists to produce and distribute their work on 360RA. He introduced the studio where 360RA can be produced.

Mr. Koji Suzuki, an engineer at Sony Music Studios, presented his know-how and techniques of production. He demonstrated a 360RA mixing of a Japanese pop song and shared practical techniques. Since the event was held online, the audience could actually listen to the sound source through headphones or earphones. The Q&A session concluded with exchange of discussions on the current state of production and future issues.
