On Wednesday September 8, the AES Aural Student Section reunited to discuss a lot of upcoming projects in a national and international anchor. The first topic we discussed about was the first intersectional meeting of students in the history of AES Argentina in an online context (to be also streamed on social media such as Youtube), including our school AURAL, such as TAMABA, ECOS and EMC. We planned how the projects were going to be presented and decided the best way was to make an audiovisual format presenting all the audio projects and the history of the departments which characterizes our student section since the beginning. Our presentation in the intersectional meeting turned to be very successful, since this meeting report was written after it. Then, we talked about our connections with different professional and student sections around the world, which is a project we are working laboriously because we want to spread the word of the Audio Engineering Society and expand the audio community globally. We arranged meetings with the section from Norway and PNW (Pacific North West), which turned to be very rewarding experiences for us as a student section, being in talks with Japan and Australia. And finally, we addressed about the adjustments and fine settings of our annual event Audio Expertos which will took place in November.
