On Monday, May 3, the teacher from the TAMABA Tertiary Institute was invited by the Student Section to give a talk on "phase distortion."
For more than two hours, the members of the Section were able to participate in a series of measurements, comparison of plugins, perform different "blind tests" and write down the conclusions about the response of each one of them to pink noise in parallel where they can see " errors "on different processors.
Although the second part of the talk was purely empirical and shared, the first part of the talk dedicated to the development of phase distortion was the trigger that led some members to start researching it.
