-Punctuality shows you care, demonstrates reliability, establishes trust

-Learn what your weaknesses are so that you can overcome them

-Attire is important, look professional and appropriate for the occasion, always overdress over underdressing. Clothing shows respect and that you care. If you don't know, just ask.
-Don't wear sunglasses inside or you'll look high or drunk
-Don't wear your hat backwards
-Profanity usage is like a lottery game; all risk, no reward
-Tone of voice is hugely important, how you say it is just as important as what you say
-Acknowledge the people in the room
-people pay attention to how you treat other people

-The way you write to people professionally is just as important as the way you act
