Boston AES Section Chair Owen Curtin stopped by UML to give SRT students a chat about studio ownership. Owen discussed his history as an audio engineer and educator, as well as his beginnings as a studio owner. It was highly educational and informative for all in attendance as we were given a peek inside the process of starting a studio from scratch, as well as the joys and pitfalls of owning a recording studio in the 21st century.
