Summary
In a brief business meeting, 2017's activities and recent events were reviewed and committees reported progress in Outreach and Event planning. Several events are coming up, including our first members-only studio visit (to Native Sound) and support of the Webster University Student AES Section's Central Region Student Summit. Congratulations to St. Louis member Dr. Timothy Ryan for receiving the AES Governor's Award at the recent New York Convention. His work with Student Members is laying a great foundation for the future. Next meeting set for January 7, 2018. After the business adjourned, there was dinner, lively conversation, and networking for almost three hours.
