Summary

Frank started at The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in 2006.  Immediately after graduating, he fit as much as he could in his car and left for New York to do his internship. He landed an internship at Chung King Studios which was one of the biggest urban/hit music studios in New York at the time. Frank was told he would be an unpaid intern for at least 3 months and if they liked him they might keep him as an intern for $100 a week. Frank seriously busted his butt there... He was a fast and efficient runner, his attention to detail was on point and he cleaned things that may have never been cleaned ever before without being asked to do so. He never stopped staying busy and proved to management he was someone reliable and deserved to be there. After only 2 months into the internship... Frank was offered to stay for $250 a week as an intern and was soon after promoted to manage the other interns and begin assisting on sessions.  During his transition from intern manager to assistant engineer, Frank met and worked with some of the music industries top engineers, producers, artists, and major label executives!

After working there for a year, he left NY for Denver because it was almost impossible to afford to live there any longer.  With his resume from NY, he was able to land a chief engineer position for Colorado's biggest recording studio, Side 3 Studios.  The previous engineer just had a record breaking hit on the radio and switched to being a full time songwriter and producer, and the studio manager worked with Tony Maserati at Sony before opening the studio.  That being said, Side 3 Studios had a constant flow of major label artists and producers from everywhere in the world that Frank was able to work with as chief engineer and even get some co-writing opportunities.  In both studios, he had seen songs go from just a concept, all the way to hearing it on the radio.

Frank left Side 3 to travel around, expand his client base, and learn more about the industry.  He lived and worked for a short time in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas living life in the fast lane. His most recent attempt to find success has been back in New York to find a job with a major label. He actually landed a handful of interviews with Sony but fell short on the qualification requirements because most applicants are coming from the other major labels and are more qualified. Frank also interviewed with a bunch of post production studios to try and break into the film/TV industry, but there are no paying gigs out there without interning all over again, which he can't afford anymore.  So that brings Frank to where he is today in AZ...  He still has a bunch of clients who email him their sessions and pay him well to mix them, and he has a good paying job to save up some money and get back on the grind again soon!
