Summary

The meeting began at 8:00 PM with a brief introduction of the officers. Chapter President Stephenson quickly called attention to the Pyramix Studio tour, discussing some recent changes in planning for the date of the tour that prevented many on the sign-up list from going. The details of transportation and planning were discussed, and a deadline was set for finalized information from participants. The team continued onward to discuss more upcoming events, giving more finalized details on events such as the Bangers & Mash event and the upcoming visit to CRAS by Luca Pretolesi, which was changed to be a mandatory school event due to Mr. Pretolesi's presence in the industry. In addition, it was announced that the AEA mix contest would be postponed until a date to be decided, as AEA's visit to the campus was pushed back to March rather than February.
After the discussion of upcoming events, the production team moved on to discussing events in the works, setting potential tour dates for the Musical Instrument Museum. In addition, the team decided to do a pencil condenser microphone build on one of the upcoming free Thursdays on the schedule. New ideas for future events were also discussed, including the demonstration of the adaptation of old video game sound cards into synthesizers and a potential mixing contest.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:47 PM by President Stephenson.
