Jeff started us off by going through the upcoming events and explaining what some of the events will entail. The Intern Bootcamp involves a lot more then just moving faders and making patches on the patch bay. When all is said and done, everyone involved will walk out with infinite knowledge of how to make a fine cup of joe.
When some of the attendees asked about who Bryan Neumeister was, they were quickly blown back in their seats after hearing about his accolades and awards that he achieved through out his time catching criminals in the audio realm.
Excitement filled the room when Jeff brought up the wrapping contest because anyone including our first cycle students can attempt.
Finally, we all collaborated together in coming up with ideas for new events which include:
The Vault (mastering studio tour)
Audio Engineering Emergency Kit
More on Dante
Bringing in focusrite to demonstrate rednet
Car audio setup
AES Podcast (crascast)
Speaker Build
