Meeting Topic: Synth Clinic

Scott Murray brought in three synthesizers, Pittsburg Modular Analog Synth, Moog Synth and Gaia Synth and Jeff Harris brought an oberheim 2 voice synth. In the beginning of the meeting, Scott spoke about the history, creation and how synths work. He began a dialogue with the students, having them participate by answering questions. He went through the synths step by step, showing how each of them work. He went through comparing the different synths to each other, showing the different things that synths can do. After the break, Scott and Jeff spoke closely with students about the synths that were brought.
