Meeting Location: Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, Bloomington, Indiana, USA
We discussed the New York convention, and decided that our trip was a great success. The chapter T-Shirts will be available very shortly. We will need to sell 20 in 3 weeks. We are raising the money for prizes and events.
The mixing competition will begin this week. More detailed information will be emailed to all members and students of the Recording Arts program. We organized a session, the song is called: "Over It". The prizes will be a Focusrite headphone monitoring box and FarmFresh studio time.
In the first week of December Travis Atkinson will come from Nashville to present at IU. In February Jonathan Pines will come. He is asking for some general guidelines for his talk.
The Central Indiana Audio Student Workshop will be on February 22, 2014 on the campus of the The University of St. Francis.
And last, but not least, Telefunken offered to come to IU to demo their microphones. They would compare the new ones to the originals.
