Summary

This meeting called all group leaders, other volunteers did not have to attend, but some did.

This was just to re insure that everyone had their hotels, filled out the online volunteer application, if anyone out of the 20 volunteers were dropping out, if anyone had extra room in their car for students to tag along, any room for any volunteer who did not have a room, etc.

Everyone was worried about not getting contacted by Tim Duncan, but we told them not to worry Tim will contact everyone soon.
