Born in Lima-Peru in 1973.
Studied at first Electronic Engineering at Ricardo Palma University in 1993, then switch to Audio Engineering at the first Audio School of the country (Orson Wells) back in 1996.
After graduated, Hector started building his Home Studio at his parents house, working as freelance Audio Engineer and also working as a Club DJ.
Hector moved to the US in 2003 and after a few years, started working again in the Audio field with an Audio Visual Rental Company in Alexandria, VA.
In 2008 Hector started freelancing as an General AV technician and as Audio Engineer with several hotels in the DMV area, staffing companies and also traveling all over the US as a Project Manager for AV Guys from San Diego, CA.
In 2011 Hector started working as a full time Audio Visual especialist at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington DC and left the hotel in 2015 to start putting all his knowledge and experience in AV Professionals LLC.

For me becoming a member of AES, and the Audio Engineering community en general, add to my accomplishments as an Audio Engineer.
