In the role of Senior Acoustic Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of loudspeaker products, working in a team to take products from initial concept through to manufacturing. You will need to have great communication skills and be able to prototype, prove, evaluate and develop your designs. An opportunity to work for an established and successful loudspeaker manufacturer developing loudspeaker products for the professional audio industry.
Our client has a large engineering team based across 2 locations, Germany and China, designing loudspeaker products and components for their own successful brands and partners in the professional and high-end audio sectors.
The senior electroacoustic engineer will play a lead role in the R&D team taking products from conception to manufacturing, designing and prototyping loudspeaker products, and liaising with the production team to ensure timely introduction of new products.
You will need to demonstrate a portfolio of successful professional audio products on the market that you have worked on in your career. This role is located in the North Rhine-Westphalia area of Germany and you will need to be living a commutable distance from the offices. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Spoken German would be an advantage but is not essential.
