Steve has been working in audio transducer & system design, manufacturing & consulting since the 1980s. He joined Harman's automotive division in 1996 eventually managing Harman's global automotive acoustics Advanced Technology Group that included some legendary industry icons. Since 2006 Steve has been consulting in pro, consumer and automotive audio where he has provided design, business and technology guidance for many companies in USA, Europe and Asia. Steve holds 16 patents, Chairs the AES Technical Council, SC04-03 Standards Committee for Loudspeaker Measurement and Modeling & the Technical Committee: Loudspeakers & Headphones.
