Kemal Avci

Kemal Avci was born in Adiyaman, Turkey, in 1980. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Gaziantep, Turkey in 2002, 2004, and 2008, respectively. Also, from 2003 to 2008, he worked as a research assistant at the same department. He worked as an assistant professor from 2008 to 2018 in electrical and electronics engineering in Abant Izzet Baysal University, Turkey. Currently, he is working as an assistant professor at the department of electrical and electronics engineering in Izmir Democracy University in Izmir/TURKEY since 2018. His main research interests are design and implementation of digital filters and filter banks, two dimensional digital filters, audio & music signal processing.
