Obtained B.A. in Computer Science at National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan, 2008. Worked in Institut de Recherche et Coordination Acoustique/Musique(IRCAM) as a visiting researcher in 2011. Obtained Ph.D. in IRCAM at 2015. Joined Sony audio research team in 2017.
Research interests include digital signal processing, audio processing, musical information retrieval and spatial audio. Worked in the field of sound texture synthesis, melody tracking and scalable audio compression. Currently working in the field of sound field recording and reproduction.
