Sofia is a UX designer and innovation manager, working for the Strategic Innovation team at Sennheiser. In the past two years, she has been conducting user research and managing business development projects in the area of 3D audio technology for the company's strategic focus "Ambeo". Amongst other recent involvements, Sofia has been at the forefront of the company in discovering the audio production needs in Virtual Reality. Designing and deploying the first early-adopters program at Sennheiser - the VR Mic Creators Program - she committed to focusing on user experience, and in co-designing valuable disruptive innovations in the audio technology field.
