Andy Pearce

Primary Affiliation: University of Surrey - Guildford, Surrey, UK

Andy graduated from the Tonmiester course at the University of Surrey in 2012 where he then began his PhD in Perceptual Microphone Quality at the same institution, sponsored by Cirrus Logic. Andy's research is mainly focussed on the perception and modelling of timbral characteristics, with a focus towards the characteristics that differ between microphones, but is interested in all areas of audio research.
