Rory Wallis

Rory Wallis is a 3rd year PhD student and a member of the University of Huddersfield's Applied Psychoacoustics Lab. In 2013 he obtained a First class degree with Honours in Music Technology with Audio Systems at Huddersfield, leading him to be awarded the Vice Chancellor's scholarship to pursue Postgraduate research. To date the primary focus of his research has been analysing the perceptual effects of vertical interchannel crosstalk in 3D audio as well as developing methods in which such effects can be prevented. He has had research published in JAES and has also presented at the 136th and 138th AES conventions.
