Cyril Plapous

Cyril Plapous was born in Lannion, France, in 1979. He received the Ph.D. degree in signal processing and telecommunications from the University of Rennes in 2005. In 2006, he held a Postdoctoral position at France Telecom Japan, Tokyo, Japan, engaging in research on noise reduction and acoustic array antennas. Since 2010, he has been with Orange Labs, where he has been involved in research and standardization on speech quality. His current research interests include automatic sound classification and indexation.
