Marty Sacks is the Vice President and Executive Director of Axia Audio, the networked audio division of The Telos Alliance. Over the course of a decade with The Alliance, Sacks has held a variety of roles in management and sales at the company that Steve Church and Frank Foti created in 1984. Marty’s broadcasting career began at American University’s WAMU-FM in 1974 and has included stints in engineering for group owners First Media and Greater Media; sales and management positions at companies like Pacific Research & Engineering and Electronics Research Inc., and even a foray into the publishing world with Radio Ink magazine. Sacks lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife, Mary Beth and has three grown sons. His personal time includes volunteer duties as a search and rescue pilot with the Maryland Wing of Civil Air Patrol.
