I am an undergraduate electrical engineering student at the University of Illinois at Chicago and am expecting to complete my degree with honors in December. In the summers I work in the live sound industry, most notably as sound foreman and front of house engineer for The City of Chicago Lakefront Music Festival series and on the audio team at Millennium Park's Pritzker Pavilion. Prior to moving to Chicago in 2005, I was active in studio recording (earning a handful of RIAA awards) and touring live sound/tour management.
My current work in audio for virtual reality environments is an extra-curricular project I've undertaken in an effort to focus my continuing education on my chosen field.
