Student Volunteer Program
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the AES Convention!
With so many exciting sessions and events and tours this year's AES is
going to be great and it will take many responsible volunteers, like you,
to make it a success. Volunteers will be stationed in workshop, papers
and special events halls as the ears and eyes of the Facilities Committee.
As an official AES Convention Volunteer, your mission is to work with
other students and professionals to help the convention run smoothly.
You will meet new people, take pride in being a part of the underlying
fabric of the convention and you will be directly involved in the
presentations of the newest technologies in the audio field. And to show
our appreciation for your efforts we'll give you an AES Convention
T-shirt as well as admission to the AES Convention. All we ask is for
you to be on time and assist in at least two time slots. When you're not
on duty, your special volunteer badge will allow you to attend any
session or special event that you are interested in and allow admission
to the exhibits.
