This classical recording centre, known from numerous Philips Classics records, has a long history of making multi-channel recordings. Different set-ups for classical productions will be discussed, illustrated by recent recordings.

The Acoustical Control System (ACS) allows instant modification of the acoustics of the theatre, optimizing it for a wide variety of performances. The system will be explained and demonstrated with live music.

TT-6 Technical University Delft and Royal Delftware Factory, Delft

The Laboratory of Acoustical Imaging and Sound Control of the Technical University Delft will present an introduction to their work and demonstrate their latest developments on wave field synthesis. After lunch the tour will finish with a visit to the world-famous Royal Delftware factory.
