AES 105th Convention -- San Francisco, USA September 26-29, 1998

105th AES CONVENTION PRELIMINARY PROGRAM NOW ON WEBSITE

SAN FRANCISCO: Audio Engineering Society executive director Roger Furness reports that the preliminary program for the 105th AES Convention has been posted on the AES Website at www.aes.org. The event will take place September 26-29 at San Francisco's Moscone Convention Center.

The preliminary program includes the most up to the minute information on all fourteen Workshops, seven Technical Tours, 120 Technical Papers, Student Programs, seven Special Events, and the AES/BAAM gala party at the Yerba Buena Center. Convenient registration is also available on-line via the secure server at www.aes.org. As an additional service, local hotel and room reservations are available at the Website.

Formed in 1948 by a group of concerned audio engineers, the AES counts over 12,000 members throughout U.S., Europe, Japan, and the Far East and serves as the pivotal force in the exchange and dissemination of technical information for the industry.
