Conference registration includes lunches, the receptions and social events, and all conference materials but not overnight lodging. Hotel reservations must be made separately below.

HOTEL REGISTRATION. The 2017 AES Conference on Automotive Audio will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport (1333 Bayshore Highway Burlingame, California, USA, 94010; Tel: +1 650 347 1234). The AES has a block of rooms with an extended deadline for booking of September 4, 2017 at US$179.00 per night. Reservations can be made on-line at https://aws.passkey.com/go/AES2017. If you have any trouble making the reservation on-line, or wish to stay longer than September 10, it is recommend to make reservations by calling the hotel directly and mentioning the "AES Conference on Automotive Audio".
