William L. Robinson

The AES recognizes and honors those who have made outstanding contributions to the field of audio in engineering, technology, service, and the arts through its Awards Program.

In 1966, William L. Robinson was presented with the AES Award is recognized as one of the first to translate audio engineering practices into Spanish, and for improving the state of the art in remote broadcasting.
