I am a creative audio post engineer with years of experience in recording, editing, and mixing. I have a diverse background in education, post-production, and experimental audio techniques, solid communication, and organizational skills, am a great team player and a fast learner. I have a deep passion for sound and its ability to add depth and meaning to media and I am seeking an opportunity to work in a creative environment helping clients find their voice in their work.
As the Audio & Technical Director & Co-Founder of Kazbar Media I have worked with independent filmmakers, artists, and corporate clients. I have the pleasure of ensuring the audio component meets or exceeds client expectations. I'm responsible for all audio post work for including, dialog, SFX and music editing, Foley, voice-over work, sound design, and mixing.
My lifelong passion has been teaching future generations of students to empower themselves to add to the creative capacities of their communities. I have extensive experience in advising, curriculum development, teaching, and administration. My focus has always been on the student's experience and their ability to succeed both in my class and in their larger goals in education. Developing curriculum for both Associate and Bachelor degrees, implementing that curriculum as an instructor and communicating with other departments of the college, has given me a global understanding of how all of the components of the student experience fit together.
