Ben Supper is an electronic engineer, specialising in designing professional music and audio hardware. After graduating from the University of Surrey's Tonmeister course and obtaining a PhD in modelling auditory spatial perception, he has worked at Cadac, Focusrite, and ROLI, where he ran the R&D team between 2013 and 2016.
Ben is currently consulting in hardware, software, and DSP design for consumer electronics, and is developing spatial audio hardware of his own. He speaks and writes on these subjects as often as he can.
An AES member since 1998, Ben has served in the UK Committee from 2010 until 2015, and again from 2020.
