The first item for the CFC list is a simple editorial issue before someone else points it out.
Page 27, 4.2.9.10.3: in the definition, the text in square brackets "[check that "sample" is used correctly throughout the document]" needs to be removed. It was just a drafting aid, from what I remember, and does not belong here now!

I agree that this text can be removed as an editorial matter. Searching through the document looking for square brackets, I also found a similarly surplus note on p.44 in 4.2.19.3 that I will also mention.
