An overview of day-to-day problems with loudness on traditional broadcast media, new media delivery and consumer playback. The session will discuss the use of metadata in digital audio bitstreams, and will also contain a sneak preview and demo of Dolby Volume - a ground-breaking approach to resolving loudness issues in consumer products.
