Summary

On 28 September, the AES Mexico Section held an interesting talk on Wireless Microphones and Radio Frequency. The presentation was on charge of Angel González and he covered the theory behind the functioning of the microphone and monitor systems, focusing on the laws of physics and the process on the broadcast of RF, so the user can optimize the use and application of these wireless systems. Many real cases were shown with the problems and the solutions found, to clearly demonstrate this highly important theme of the appropriate use of RF. Although some math was thrown on the talk, Mr. González all the time tried to simplify the approach so every attendant could follow him.
With over 15 years in the business specializing in the microphone world, Angel who is currently working as counselor on audio and marketing strategies gave us this conference on how we can integrate in a easy way such systems. His wide experience on courses and workshops was easily proven as he managed to keep the assistants with plenty of questions which were carefully answered and explained with good graphic support.
