Summary
We started the evening with a party, in the Alumni Atrium to welcome AES members and audio engineering students to a new semester. We reviewed the many events planned for this Spring, held a fund raising raffle, and enjoyed pizza. After the party, Martin Domby(Yamaha) demonstrated the use of the PM5D digital live sound console. Mr. Domby discussed live sound, and digital live sound, in general. He also shared stories from his career as well insights on careers for students graduating with degrees in audio engineering. We ended the meeting with plenty of time for Q&A.
