This was one of our more informal meetings and the feedback was positive. It started with a general discussion on the state of immersive audio with moderators and guests offering up recent favorite artists and productions. The discussion was followed tours and demos of the two businesses: Alex Wilmer demoed a WIP mix and sound design for an animated series that Wilmer Sound is working on. Three or four groups of ten guests cycled through his control over the evening. Michael Romanowski played immersive masters of some recent projects and some of his favorites. He also took "requests" by the guests! It was a good, "audio-centric" discussion and enjoyed by all.
