Meeting Topic: Audio Plugin Workshop Beginners & Advanced

During the cold winter days the AES Student-Section Graz organised a series of workshops under the name Winter Workshop Madness. Two of the workshops were once again Audio Plugin workshops for beginners and advanced users. During the beginner workshop Daniel Rudrich from the IEM Graz explained the basics of using the JUCE environment in C++ and implemented a simple VST plugin together with all attendants.
For the first time we also hosted an advanced workshop. Daniel setup a very interesting workshop on how to go further with VST programming using the JUCE environment. Everybody implemented their own software synthesizer with all modules and a suitable GUI. Daniel also presented a signal analyzer and useful tips for a pleasing interface.
