The AES Nashville Section hosted an event held at TopGolf in Nashville.
Software is now fully integrated into audio production workflow, with digital console software updates, plug-ins and processing platforms proliferating at a dizzying pace.
We sponsored a day filled with fun — and a chance to hone golf skills while learning about new software and plug-ins to keep you on topof your engineering game.
Leading pro audio manufacturers such as American Music & Sound/Allen & Heath, Avid, Group One, DiGiCo, Music Tribe Commercial NV, Solid State Logic, and Yamaha Corp were on hand, each with a demonstration area to share their latest innovations, to answer your questions and to join you in the hitting bays for casual conversations.
The event started at 10AM for a chance for participants to get acquainted and meet exhibitors. From 11AM — 2PM the golf bays were open with buffet lunch provided at noon. The adjoining exhibit room were open 10AM until 3PM.
During the event there were opportunities to get up to date on software production tools, network with your peers from companies like Clair Global, DCR Nashville, Morris Light & Sound, Spectrum Sound, and Solotech, along with staff and reps from sponsoring manufacturers.
The exhibition and networking area will be available to Non-Golf Players at NO charge.
