Professor Jamie Tagg of the Audio Engineering & Sound Production Faculty at Jacobs School of Music gave the second tour of his new studio space! Professor Tagg took the attending students through what it takes to build a proper acoustically-treated mixing environment. He also gave us a look at Sequoia and showed us some of his go-to mixing/mastering techniques. We listened to music selected by the students and Professor Tagg in order to settle-in and get comfortable with the current stage of the space, while we enjoyed some fresh baked cookies!
