Meeting Topic: Meeting before AES Conference

Meeting Location: Crouse 406
The meeting is about settling down time and location meeting up before the conference and recounting numbers of people going to the conference. There would be 13 members going for the event. Everyone would leave on Thursday night making sure meeting up on Friday. Members have decided transportation and places stayed overnight. Safety of the members would be considered as priority during the event. This would be a great tour.
Abbott talked about having lunch with previous SU graduate students during this trip and reminded every member to check special events during the conference. Also, bringing resume and business card could be necessary for members looking for job opportunities or interns. Abbott suggested checking small creative companies/booths that modify vintage gear, which could end up growing up to large scale companies.
