Summary

The meeting started off at 8:00 PM with Victoria starting the

meeting by having everyone in attendance go around and introduce themselves. For

tonights meeting we said where we're from, why were here, and our music guilty

pleasure and got everything from Backstreet Boys to Schoolboy Q. After everyone was

introduced we moved into upcoming events like this week we have a bootcamp with the

internship department where anything can happen. Last time the bootcamp consisted of

all kinds of challenges like setting up a session and organizing a party. Next week there

is a limited openings tour at a studio owned by one of our own instructors, Catherine

Vericoli, that is going to give a personalized tour. There is still a lot of excitement over

the upcoming CRAS Olympics. There was even some more ideas for what could be one

of the competitions including the idea to add 'guess that instructor' where a bonus round

of points would be for competitors to guess what instructor says what. We transitioned

into future ideas and had some great fresh ideas like having school wide competition to

design a new T-Shirt and make a school jingle. There was also an idea to see if there is

anything we can do with Disney and surround sound. Re-occurring ideas came up with

Sun Studio Tours and Video Game Battle. The meeting wrapped at 9:00PM with donuts

and the open offer to answer first cycle questions.
